Sharp blades have several core benefits that in the end save you time and money.

Sharp blades save money! It takes both time, equipment and years of experience to sharpening knife effectively with precision.

A better grid and a sharper knife. A knife-edge is microscopically thin. The impact of cutting causes the edge to fold over on itself. Some sharpening services overheat (detemper) knives and will remove to much metal. Out cutlery is sharpened by a three-step process that creates a hollow ground edge then is precision ground and finally honed.

Commercial Quality. Carbon steel is harder than most stainless alloys and stays sharper longer. All our knives are commercial grade high carbon steel. We have a variety of styles and colors that will meet any need.

Professionally sharpened blades are safer! Sharpening your own knives is very dangerous and requires skilled training. Additionally, a sharp knife allows you to operate in a kitchen with ease. Using a dull knife requires more force and thus damage when an accident occurs. Lastly, sharp knives cut cleaning and reduce waste on bad or ugly looking cuts.
